Among the gainers, Fiserv is up sharply before the open after reporting third-quarter earnings that topped expectations, according to Business Insider. Revvity is also higher after posting its third-quarter results, Benzinga reported, with shares moving on the back of that release.
Bloom Energy is rising after Benzinga reported that the company reached an agreement with California Resources and its carbon-management unit, Carbon TerraVault, to jointly explore large-scale deployment of its fuel-cell technology alongside carbon capture and storage, aiming to supply clean power to heavy infrastructure users. Monolithic Power Systems and Sandisk are also among the premarket gainers; no source explains the moves, so we note only that the shares are higher.
Among the decliners, Zebra Technologies is down sharply even after beating third-quarter profit estimates and raising its outlook, because Investor's Business Daily reported that its profit margins declined. Gartner is lower despite topping earnings estimates; no source explains the drop. Palantir is down following its after-hours report, with CNBC noting that strong results came alongside heavy bearish options positioning heading into the release. Henry Schein and Sysco are also among the premarket decliners; no source explains those moves, so we note only that the shares are lower.
