- What are shortcodes and the ⌘K palette?
- Every module has a short command code, and the ⌘K command palette opens anything from the keyboard — type a ticker or a shortcode and jump straight to the module you need. It's the fastest way to move around the terminal, no mouse required.

- How does the free trial work?
- The 7-day free trial gives you the entire terminal — every module, streaming data, and HootAI. A card is required, but nothing is charged until day 8, when your membership starts at $127/month or $997/year depending on the interval you chose. Cancel anytime during the trial and you're never billed.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay for added convenience.
- Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
- Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges.
- Do you offer refunds?
- The 7-day free trial means you can evaluate everything before a dollar is charged. If something goes wrong after your membership starts, contact our support team — refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- Are there different plans or tiers?
- No — there's one membership and every member gets the full terminal. The only choice is billing: $127/month, or $997/year (about $83/month, roughly 35% less). Interval changes are handled through the billing portal in your account settings.
- How do AI credits work?
- Your membership includes 500 AI credits each month. A question to HootAI is three credits, an earnings-transcript pull four, and a research report thirty-five. That covers roughly 160 questions a month, or a dozen reports with room left to ask. Top-up packs are available any time, and your included credits come back each billing month.

- We aggregate data from multiple premium financial data providers, including real-time stock prices, historical data going back 10+ years, SEC filings, analyst ratings, earnings reports, dividend information, congressional trading disclosures, and insider trading data.
- How are AI reports generated?
- Our AI reports analyze multiple data points including financial statements, technical indicators, analyst ratings, market sentiment, insider activity, and more. The AI synthesizes this information and presents key insights, risks, and opportunities in an easy-to-read format.
- How often is the data updated?
- Stock prices are updated in real-time during market hours. Other data points like analyst ratings, earnings, and SEC filings are updated as soon as they become available. Congressional and insider trading data is updated daily.
- What are Watchlists and Scanners?
- Watchlists let you track and monitor specific stocks you're interested in. Scanners are customizable tools that filter the entire market based on your criteria (e.g., stocks with high analyst ratings, recent insider buying, etc.) to help you discover new opportunities.
- What is Congressional Trading data?
- Members of Congress are required to disclose their stock trades. We track and analyze these disclosures, allowing you to see what stocks politicians are buying and selling. This unique data source can provide insights into potential market-moving information.
- Is the AI financial advice?
- No. WiseView Terminal provides information and analysis tools, not financial advice. Our AI reports are educational resources to help you make your own informed decisions. Always do your own research and consider consulting a financial advisor before making investment decisions.

- How do I create an account?
- You can create an account by clicking "Start Trial" and entering your email address. We'll guide you through a simple checkout process. You can also sign up using your Google account for faster registration.
- Is my data secure?
- Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for all data transmission. Payment information is handled securely by Stripe and never touches our servers. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
- Can I use WiseView Terminal on multiple devices?
- Yes! Your account works across all your devices. Simply log in on any desktop, tablet, or mobile browser to access the terminal, your watchlists, and saved layouts.
- How do I reset my password?
- Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page and enter your email address. We'll send you a secure link to reset your password. The link expires after 1 hour for security.
- How do I delete my account?
- You can request account deletion from your account settings or by contacting our support team. We'll process your request within 30 days, and all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.
